I turned 41 this week and one lesson I’ve learned in my short existence is that you can always count on an adventure when you let a deck of cards decide your journey.
So when Dos handed me the F3 workout deck for our next queue, I figured I would just get out of the way and let the cards lead the way.

PAX: Mountie (Q), Walle, Dos Equis, Risky Business, Pharmer, Scar, Hot Wheels, Lone Star Brat, Smokey, Brisket (in the zoom) and FNG VanDamme
AO: The Rising
The Thang
On the soccer field with the F3 workout deck to guide our way.
We had two goals,
1- burn through 45 minutes of cards and exercises and
2- try to create some decent strava art in the process.
Goal #1 – we showed up, so we knew this would happen.
There were multiple stops where we drew 3 cards and worked out before moving on to the next spot. This is what we covered (in no particular order)-
Ranger Merkins, Wide-Arm Merkins, Shoulder Taps, Freddie Mercury, Rosalita, Low-Slow Squat, Hand Clap Merkins, Plank Jack, Smurf Jack, Incline Merkins, American Hammers, Low Plank, Butt Kick, Lil Baby Crunches, Burpees, Carolina Dry Docks, Wojo Squats and finally boat canoes to close it out.
Goal #2 had some hiccups. Instead of my watch starting the workout, I accidently sent my wife an emergency notice so my gadget didn’t record the workout. However modify as necessary and use Risky’s recording as well.
Here is the art work, the left is our reality but the right is what I was picturing. Somewhere in between in the reality. Regardless, the cards kicked our buts and we got better. Thanks for showing up.
Count-o-rama, Name-o-rama.
COT: Finally, the COT was closed out with a reminder not to be a robot when it comes to your life and continue to be there for people. Keep showing up!
