COT:
Q was late today (grateful for DC stepping in to warm the pax up) and feeling badly about not being on time, and not honoring the commitment I’d made to lead. But Q was also wondering whether I place that same emphasis on the commitments I make to my family: being on time, honoring my commitments, doing what I say I’ll do. Good feedback from the rest of the pax on that, and a reminder to all of us not to take our family for granted, and to make them a priority.
