We mosey at a STOP sign then we do 4 different exercises for 3 rounds each…Start with 10 count.  Increase by 10 count per round…We got to 3 rounds (30 count/ea exercise)…I recycled these from 2/23/22 BD that I Q’d @ WWCP…
