THE THANG:
Do Motivators center of parking lot. Start with 20 count. Then move to corner to do weighted workout with 10 count. Then back to center do 19 count motivators, then next corner for another weighted workout…rinse and repeat until you get down to 1 motivator. Mosey after 15 and 10 count motivators.

My Friday Thought: While F3Princeton AOs dominate the 1st F every week, we all need to remember there are 3 F’s (5 F’s for me – Friends & Family). We need to be better friends to our brothers and we need to be better men in our personal lives and communities. F3 have given us the basic formula on how to achieve these. Let’s make the most of it.
