WARMUP:
SSH, arm circles, runner stretch

THE THANG:
1 pax steps up to the rope and calls out an exercise and number of reps. Pax then works the battle rope (waves or slams) until all other pax complete the reps. Keep rotating through the pax until all have had a chance on the rope (all others do the same exercise and reps for each pax on the rope).

Mosey around square.

Repeat above with a new pax picking the exercise and reps.

Keep repeating until all pax have picked exercise/reps.

15 squats
8 burpees
20 American Hammers
15-20 LBCs
