Hold the date: May 18 Sat is Pennington day. I just registered us for a booth/table.
This will our 3rd time with a table at this neighborhood street fest but 1st time with so many local pax!

West Windsor Arts hosts the ArtWalk – June 1st
Attention PAX!
Need your help- need a volunteer Leader/point person for the West Windsor Arts Walk on June 1st from 11am-2pm.
The goal for the event will be to engage the community with fun exercises for all ages/fitness levels.
These H.I.M. will be leading some F3 games including @Achilles Estavillo (SideOut/JabJab/Scorpion King) chutes and ladders and @Manish Bhansali (F3 – Aviator) wheel of fortune.

Blue Ridge Relay 2024 – 9/5 to 9/9
To all runner pax!
The one and only spectacular Blue Ridge Relay is back on this year and Lowe’s is recruiting team members for 9 man team. Maybe if there is a lot of interest and commitments plans can change to 12 man team, not sure.
There are spots available, regardless.
Dates: depart for VA Sept 5, return from NC Sept 9.Please reach out to DC and myself.

4/16/2024: The soft launch of the 9th region in New Jersey – F3 Raritan Valley. The workout is on Tuesdays, 5:30 am, Somerset County Library, 1 Vogt Drive, Bridgewater, NJ. Coming just a few days after the 5th Anniversary of F3 Princeton, my heart is full.

Trenton Area Soup Kitchen Charity Event – Update!
A special charity activity benefitting the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen was an important part of the 5 year anniversary activities. We were able to assemble 100 toiletry bags for those in need in the Trenton Area. These were immediately distributed to the community. Check out the pics from ScarU’s dropoff in Trenton.
