4 corners workout
Corner 1: Burpees in the wake
*IWs to next station
Corner 2: Merkins (durkins or urkins)
*Lunge to next station
Corner 3: Squats
*Side shuffle to last station
Corner 4: Flutters in the wake
*High Knees to next station

Workout 2: Triple threat
Pair up up by the dunes
1. Partner carry down to the water – have to go all the way in
2. Water’s edge 5 falcon merkins IC
3. Carry other back up to the cones
4. 5 Foxholes IC
5. Wheel barrow down to the water – get in the water
6. Water’s edge 10 falcon merkins IC
7. Wheel barrow back up to the cones 10 foxholes IC
8. Sprint down and into the water
9. Waters edge 15 falcon merkins IC
10. Sprint up to the cones 15 foxholes IC

Workout #3 Chain Gang
Partner up and set up the flag -25 Yards
One partner completes an exercise while the other partner bear crawls to the flag and yesoms back
1. Air-squats
2. Spiderman climbers
3. Hillbillies
4. Plank jacks
5. Sumo squat leg lift
6. Walkout merkins
7. Windmills

Workout 4: Jigsaw
Two teams, odds-evens. Each team lines up on opposite sides, 50 yards apart, with the flag in the middle.

Each man will perform Clap Jacks in descending order. First perform 15 Clap Jacks (4 count) in place. Then run 50 yards to the other side and perform 14 Clap Jacks (4 count). Run back to your original side and perform 13 Clap Jacks, ….

Also, each time we reach the flag, we will perform Patty Cake Merkins (single count), with a partner in ascending order up to a count of 15. Partners will be chosen in numerical order, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6,…….

Workout 5: Bilbo
3 teams, split up by count off. Teams line up 25 yds from water’s edge. Teams compete, all men moving together. Teams will plank/hold for their six.

Heat 1-
– Crab walk to water’s edge
– Hollowman for the six
– 20 shoreline crab cakes IC
– Twist lunges back to start
– Al Gore for the six
– 20 Supermans IC

Heat 2-
– Duck walk to water
– Plank for six
– 20 shoreline Wojos
– Karaokes back to start
– Albatrosses for six
– 20 Apollo Creeds IC

Heat 3-
– Side shuffles to water
– Windy scarecrows for six
– 20 power jacks IC
– High knees sprint back to start
– Lt Dans for six
– 20 zombie walkers IC

If time allows all PAX sprint to water, mass arm lock WW1s.

Workout 6: Dark Chocolate
Relay Race (Teams broken up by AO with some teaming up as required).

1. Flags setup ~25 yards from starting point, 1 at a time with the next man up when previous PAX finishes. If a team is short, 1st man goes twice
– 2 x 50lbs sandbag carry, there and back
– Army crawl there and back
– Coupon paracord sand drag, there and back. (need some AOs to bring coupons)

2. Each team will have 5 gallon bucket with target line, using smaller bucket each team will run to and from the surf bringing water to get to the target line.

3. As a team, run to the finish line with the full 5-gallon bucket. Water must be touching the target line in the bucket at the finish to prevent disqualification.
