Warrior Run, (no flag next time use the flag) PAX in front calls out a number and stop on side of road and do Decline Merkins, next PAX runs from back to front, rinse- repeat till circle is completed

Thang 3- 30 reps- Biceps Curls, SSH, Single leg Bro Squats, LBCs
Warrior Run same as above in a wider circle, exercise when last PAX reaches front was incline merkins
