BH’s New Baby Workout (Redux)

WARMUP: DC stretches
THE THANG: Patrick Chow (Black Hole)’s super-creative workout for Srubby’s new baby:
Repeat 10 X:

10 flying squirrel
20 Hand-release Merkin
30 SSH
Do a short mosey after every two rounds.

BUT, every FIVE minutes (set a EMOM timer), you have to do the baby-wakes-up exercises:

Two LBC (the baby is crying.)
One get up (for the baby)
Five count Al Gore (feed the baby)
One Burpee (burpee the baby)
Two dying cockroach (change the baby on the changing table.)
Two Smurf Jack (do a funny dance to make the baby laugh.)
