THE THANG:
– Mosey to the basketball court
– “5 Olympic Rings” = 5 rounds vicious circle. Fun Fact: the five colors + white background of the olympic rings represented every color on every flag of every country in existence in 1913 when the Olympic flag was made. Pax form a line and mosey around the perimeter of the court. Last man runs to the middle and performs 11 of some exercise, then rejoins PAX at the front. Repeat until all PAX have gone (= 1 round).
