The Thang:
Today, the PAX dove headfirst into a core-centered beatdown, rooted in the 0.0 format—no need to move from our hallowed circle. A shuffled deck of exercise “cards” guided our workout, each card dictating a fresh challenge for the core, with just enough calisthenics peppered in to keep things spicy. We worked on a 45-second timer, with 15 seconds to recover and prepare for the next move.

For a full hour, the cards dictated our fate. LBC’s, planks, crunches, leg lifts, and more shuffled in random order kept the PAX guessing, pushing, and working through the burn.

Moleskin:
Every workout comes with its quirks, but there’s something about that downrange vibe. Despite the core-crushing sequence, the camaraderie kept morale high, and the laughs almost made us forget the burn. Almost. Aye!
