2) start low, get back up. Correct exercises, squats, sumo squats, Turkish get ups. Mosey up Witherspoon Street.
3) tunnel of bear crawl: two line space each other in a plank, the guys on the low end bear crawl to the high end, resume plank, everyone falls in behind them and move forward. Mosey to Nassau Hall.
4) chumba Burpee‘s. Play tub, thumping, do for Burpee‘s on every refrain of “I get knocked down then I get up again“. Mosey to Big House.
