URGENT: Limited Time OAK Shirt Order! Closes end of day 12/9! 🚨
We need at least 12 shirts ordered as a group for the shirts to be printed and shipped.
Holiday Payday CSAUP!
This past Saturday the F3 Princeton region held it’s first Holiday Payday CSAUP! Beatdown were held at 5 separate locations using the following schedule organized by RedCoat.
1) The Rising 6am
2) The Swamp 6.45am
3) The Big House 7.45am
4) Run with Risky in Cranbury 8.45am
5) The Oak 9.30am
6) Return to the Rising for COT and brunch – 10.15am
Congrats to All the PAX who showed and worked hard through 4 very cold beatdowns.

Crossfit – Bring your friend event – 12/16 to 12/20
Bros, my CrossFit gym in Hamilton is having “bring your friend” week on Dec 16-20. You can join any class for absolutely free (you can come every day if you wish). Being a member for 6+ years and having this gym to fully change my life (I joined it before finding F3), I can’t recommend it enough and CrossFit in general as system of training.
