THE THANG:
Worked our way up the garage, stopping for a round at each ramp end.
Each round:
– X count of burpees (x=10 in round 1, decrementing by 1 every round)
– 2x 20 reps of some exercise (merkins, squats, WW1s, etc)
– Get up the ramp somehow (did a few via wheelbarrow, a few via bear crawl, a few via lunges, a few via mosey)
MARY:
Grand finale, rising to the F3 Denver challenge, we did 10 shirtless burpees in the snow in front on Nassau Hall. Excellent form was evidenced by our bellies bing totally covered in snow at the end). Well done fellas on the mini-CSAUP!
