THE THANG:
1) ladder: as a group, run, lapse, and between each lap, add one new exercise,plus everything that came before.

15 squats
20 hand release Merkins
25 American hammers
30 lunges.
3) EMOM drill: every 60 seconds, do each of the following, then rest until the next minute starts.
10 Dips
10 squat
10 Merkin
