THE THANG:
1) Seven of Diamonds: one exercise in each corner of the yard, doe one round each of 7, 14, 21, then 28 reps of: Drydocks, lunges, gas pumps, and side straddle hops.
2) EMOM x10: every minute on the minute, each pax does 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 dips OYO, then rest till the next minute starts.
3) Stations: divide into 4 groups, one group runs one lap, while the others each do an exercise station. When the runners return, they bump everyone over to the next station, and a new group runs. Stations: overhead claps, coupons curls, big boi situps.
MARY: Mary-go-round, everyone leads one core exercise of 10 reps.
