THE THANG: repeated the first two segments of side out EMOM work out from Monday: the “Huskies“ routine, and the “animal house party” routine. Before, in between, and after the routines, we took a lap, and did a round of coupon exercises: curls, overhead press, row, skull crusher, Alpo.
MARY: we each led two core exercises. Great way to finish up!
