1) The rain kept us in the pavilion so the Run was substituted with [~1 minute run-in-place, 15 SSHs, 3 Burpees, 15 SSHs, ~1 minute run-in-place].
2) Celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving (with Mountie) – so the exercise names ~spelt CaNaDA.

CaroliNa dry dock – Dying cockroach – American hammers

CataliNa wine mixers – Dolly – Alligator merkins (crawl back and forth)

CherkiN – Duck walk – Australian mountie(!) climbers

Clurpee (planned but did broad jump+flying squirrel = Happy 2nd anniversary F3 Philly) – Donkey kicks – Alternating shoulder taps (with reach in front before taps)
