Canadian Thanksgiving 2020

AAR for F3 Princeton – 6:30 am, October 12, 2020

Pax: Brisket, DickClark, Mountie, DosEquis, PhotoFinish, WallE (Q)

Warmup:
ArmCircles and CircleArms, WindMills, SlowSquats, TippyTaps (10-11 reps each)

Thang:
Dirty MacDeuce – with 2 modifications
1) The rain kept us in the pavilion so the Run was substituted with [~1 minute run-in-place, 15 SSHs, 3 Burpees, 15 SSHs, ~1 minute run-in-place].
2) Celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving (with Mountie) – so the exercise names ~spelt CaNaDA.

~1 minute run-in-place, 15 SSHs, 3 Burpees, 15 SSHs, ~1 minute run-in-place.
Set1 (20 reps each):
CaroliNa dry dock – Dying cockroach – American hammers

~1 minute run-in-place, 15 SSHs, 3 Burpees, 15 SSHs, ~1 minute run-in-place.
Set2 (20 reps each):
CataliNa wine mixers – Dolly – Alligator merkins (crawl back and forth)

~1 minute run-in-place, 15 SSHs, 3 Burpees, 15 SSHs, ~1 minute run-in-place.
Set3 (20 reps each):
CherkiN – Duck walk – Australian mountie(!) climbers

~1 minute run-in-place, 15 SSHs, 3 Burpees, 15 SSHs, ~1 minute run-in-place.
Set4 (20 reps each):
Clurpee (planned but did broad jump+flying squirrel = Happy 2nd anniversary F3 Philly) – Donkey kicks – Alternating shoulder taps (with reach in front before taps)

Cool down:
Run around parking lot in light drizzle
AMRAP squats while waiting for the 6.

Count-a-rama;
COT – Thanks for the morning spent in each other’s company getting stronger to be better men for our communities, families and ourselves.
