Second Helpings of SnackPax!

Dick Clark needed a second helping of the digestible fun-size of IronPAX he calls SnackPAX…

Warmups

A soggy fall sunrise broke the Gloom as we started easy:

  • Run in place
  • Side straddle hop x10
  • Stretches
  • Arm Circles x10
  • Imperial Walkers x10

Thang

We turned on the playlist and had a post-Thanksgiving “leftover” version of the 2020 IronPAX Week 1 workout, where the pax use a timer-reminder to do 3 burpees EMOM—every minute on the minute—while getting through the main course.

The Routine:

  • 3 Burpees (EMOM)
  • 25 Hand Release Merkins
  • 50 Leg Raises
  • 75 Jungle Boi Squats “2Spoonz style”
  • 100 Big Boy Sit-ups
  • 125 Stationary Lunge Steps (count each leg as 1 rep)

It took us about 25 minutes to gulp it all down, meaning we had about 75 burpees along with the other reps. When we got done, we did 20 dips, and moved straight into stretches and cool-down. Simplicity itself!

COT

With the rain pouring down on the last day of November, we remembered that the holidays can be hard for many, and we have to support our communities until the COVID vaccine gets us back to normal. Be the best men we can be!
