  4. Tippy Taps
  5. Arms Across Stretch
  6. Arm Over Stretch

Workout (THANG):

  1. Jacobs Ladder (7)
    1. Top of Hill – Green Helmet (Burpees – Increase Incrementally)
    1. Bottom of Hill – Green Helmet (4×4’s – 4 Merkins, 4 Mountain Climbers, 4 Side Shoulder Taps, 4 Imperial Walkers)
  • Jacked-UP (2 Sets) IC
    • SSH (50)
    • Seal Jacks (40)
    • Plank Jacks (30)
    • Smurf Jacks (20)
    • Bow Jack (10)

At this point the PAX were pretty warmed up 😊
